I ordered a pair of shoes from Paio accessories website. The shoe I received was of extremely cheap quality, had bad finishing and was quite loose alongwith discomfort in wearability. This is a prepaid order. I requested for the process to return the product and get my money refunded. The management refused and is forcing on either exchange or provide store credit valid for one year. I told them I'm immigrating and store credit will be of no use. In addition, i did not like the quality of your product at all and why should I be forced to buy from your store when I did not like the quality. I requested them repeatedly that I do not want to spoil customer experience and want a win win situation to which they outrightly refused sighting only special cases for monetary refund. It's strange I need to fight for my own money and that too for substandard products. Despite me following all protocols yet I am treated with such inhumanity.
