Technician refused installation citing safety. Outdoor unit installation is on *rd floor of a ** storied building. The technicians were very much safety concerned and which they should be but was not carrying any personal protective equipments. To mitigate risk, arranged safety harness along with pull up/down platform (used in construction/maintenance bof high rise buildings) along with trained professionals on its usage and support. But RTW is not acceptable and insisting of getting iron enclosure to be erected is not feasible. As such installation is pending due to erratic attitude of Hitachi personals and installation team.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
