Aarthi scans and labs - Refusal to give refund

Hi,
My mom senior citizen aged **, we had gone to aarthi scans tambaram to take MRI. They asked us to pay ****. Bill amount was paid. The patient was obese they told she won't fit into the scan machine. We asked for a refund and they refused to initiate refund. Even if initiated they are telling ****rs service charge. Just for visiting the scan center without taking scan they told we cannot give refund and the person or manager komathi is very rude as well. They told we have to go to vadapalani arthi scan centre to take scan for the paid amount and there is no way they will refund even if we are not interested to travel to vadapalani. This is such a fraudulent act. Company website mention refund for a proper reason can be done through payment gateway. Kindly help us resolve the issue and get the **** back.
