I have booked a new Toyota Hycross VX Model * seater Pearl White Color with Globe Toyota Ambala. My Booking No is : ORD********* Dated **/**/****. During the time of delivery, I was informed that I would have to pay an additional amount for accessories and insurance, which I did not agree to purchase. The insurance was *.* times more than the insurance I'm getting from outside. Despite my refusal, the sales representative insisted that I purchase the accessories and insurance in order to take delivery of the vehicle, which I'm not bound as per Govt rules. I felt harassed and pressured into making these additional purchases. Furthermore, I was informed that if I did not agree to these additional charges, the delivery of the vehicle would be delayed, which caused me undue stress and inconvenience. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation, and I would appreciate a prompt response to this letter. I trust that you will take this matter seriously, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
