Jus Dicere - Refusal of stipend

This is in reference to the online internship that I had undergone at the company called “Jus
Dicere” located at */*, Palm Road, Shipra Suncity Indrapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
during **rd December, **** - **th February, ****. I was promised to receive the stipend of
Rs. **,*** at the end of the internship period as mentioned in the offer letter.
But, it has already been over a year now since the completion of the internship but the company has
still not released the stipend even after reminding them at regular intervals.
A monthly work report was released by the Company after the completion of
the internship. There were good feedbacks regarding the work done during the internship
and there was an additional detail in that e-mail which talked about releasing the stipend in
*-* days. After few days of sending my account details to the company for the purpose of
releasing stipend, an email was received by me regarding the postponement of stipend due to
lockdown, from the company. This mail also came with assurance that as soon as the
situation gets normal, the release of payment will be done without any delay. Considering it
a genuine case, I gave them sufficient time to release the stipend even though my internship
got ended way before the lockdown started.
Even after giving them few months’ time and cooperating with the company, it has failed to
release the stipend. There is no communication from their end. These are evident from the E-mails conversations with the CEO (Mr. Parag Agrawal) and Executive Assistant to CEO
(Ms. Divya Sharma) on various instances.
Therefore, I request you to initiate a strict action against the company and help me in
recovering my stipend of Rs. **,***. For that, I would be forever grateful to you.
