I have purchased a IFB washing machine * months ago, now it creates some noise problem, I have registered a complaint and call the service centre after ** days but they didn't response to my call. IFB call centre gave me the number of Mr.Avnish owner of the service centre who outrightly refuse to service my product and talking abruptly.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
