Jobswent Sst Service India - Refusal of Refund

Jobswent's representatives had contacted me over the phone about job opportunities and lured me in buying couple of services i.e. registration charges of Rs.**** and employment verification service of Rs.****. The representative Bharat reddy forced me to buy an additional service of **K which I refused. Later, I got suspicious about this company and was shocked to find out that they have cheated many people as well. When I approached them for refund they responded back that it would take ** working days or so for which I decided to wait. But, even after ** days, they didn't refund and continuing to delay indefinitely. I request the Consumer Court to take strict action against Jobswent to avoid such instance in future and help me in getting my refund.
