Nokia-Microsoft Lumia 550 - Refurbished and defective mobile delivered

With a heavy heart, I am writing this to inform you that fake/counterfeit/illegal/defective products are on the rise on the Amazon platform. Recently I ordered a Nokia Lumia *** *G phone with Order Id:***-*******-******* from the app via prime membership. I feel very bad and disappointed that the seller delivered Fake/Counterfeit/Illegal/Defective product which is not intended to sale in India.
*- Device automatically switching off and hanged for hours.
*- Pressing the power button actually restarts the phone instead of waking it up.
*- Battery seems not OEM or original. Strangely full charged in *-** minutes and drained in next **-** minutes.
*- On Amazon it was listed as a new device but on the box, it's very clearly mentioned that it is a refurbished device.
*. As per the description, there should be a USB cable charger but sadly it is an ordinary one and not working too.
*. Amazon technicians primarily accepted the device is faulty but later submitted the positive report in favour of the seller and Amazon India.
*. In the box, it is clearly mentioned that the device is refurbished.
