Qnet India vihaan direct selling pvt lmt - refunfd amount

I sent a mail to Qnet india(VIhaan direct selling pvt.lmt.) Company on **/**/**** to cancel my order and return my refund. because not any product received me and i am not interested in network marketing ,On that Qnet India Company accepted my order and asked me for my bank details to refund which I immediately sent but Even after almost a year, they did not return my refund and always kept postponing it with the excuse of doing additional investigation, I repeatedly requested them but it did not make any suitable responce to me. Please get my refund quickly
