Travolook Www Travolook - Refunf of flight tickets not received even after 90 days

While booking flight tickets ,payment was deducted from credit card, but immediately I received cancelation message for the said ticket, and after ** minutes I received mail from TRAVOLOOK saying your amount will be refunded within ** hrs.
This happened on * and * February **** ,two tickets amount was deducted ,since then I am trying to get back my refund ,whenever I call or mail them they say within * to * days your amount will be refunded .I had done this transaction through ICICI CREDIT CARD I have written to them also of the same.
