AERONPAY PVT LTD - Refunds Shown in Transaction Report but not Received in Credit Card

as per attachment (payment History) i was made *st payment as on **-**-**** Rs. **,*** which was not settled and credited to AeronPay E-Cash wallet.. than after i again made a transaction from AeronPay E-Cash wallet account to consumed my balance Rs. **,*** via multiple * transactions to settled my multiple credit card bill payments.. But out of * Transactions only * Transactions settled yet and another * Transactions still shown as Refund in attachment Payment History.. But here my concern is this Refund amount not shown as AeronPay E-Cash Wallet account and also not enable for Payment of Bills... and main issue is now they close there application for use in Anroid and iOS platforms and told us that new Application Coming soon and they concern that i use website for payment but in there website not shown AeronPay E-Cash wallet at all and also no option for Credit Card Bill Payment... So Today **-**-**** and my fund stuck with them from **-**-**** (almost * months completed).. Please look in this matter as early as possible and reply me...
