Ducat pitampura - Refunding of my course money

I went to a training center which is located in Pitampura, Delhi, and the name of that institute is Delhi. The female teacher who did my admission didn't tell me if there's any return policy in the institute or not and also I have no idea about this because before this I visited some institutes I thought maybe they also had this kind of thing. She asked me to submit *,*** fee in advance to book my slot and I did Due to personal reasons I asked them to not proceed with my application and refund my money but she refused to return my money. I said to her that she didn't tell me about that when I submitted the fee she accepted her mistake and said to me that she would make a reference in my place from her side and would return my money. It's been * months she just made the work delay, didn't pick up my calls, not even reply *f my messages yesterday *n **-**-**** I called her number again another faculty pick the call and said she left from here and worked in another branch where is located in noida. and now when I call her she says now I can't do anything I shift here.
Whoever read this please help me to get my money refunded. they do not listen and understand my situation I hope those who read this will help me and understand my problem. please do this favor for me please...
