Zomato AND GOPI RICHIRA HOTEL NANDED - Refunding of amount

I had orderd boneless chicken chilli from Buttler a family resturant(Maa chintadevi,complex nearATLANTIS HOSPITAL west of rupaspur flyover gola road patna Bihar-****** of Rs.***.**.The delivery boy named madhuri called but i failed to pick up his call and he cancelled my order within * mins.and when i called him back and requested and asked him to deliver my order. He refused to do so and talked to me very rudely. I have mailed zomato many times regarding my complaint but they are not ready to refund my account.I had given alternate no also but he didn't called on my alternate no .I just want my money back it's not a small amount.They are befooling their customers and doing fraud with them.
