Ondoor - Refunded money goes to wallet instead of source payment mode

This is the reply i got from Ondoor
Dear Customer,
With regard to refund amount of Rs ***, it is updated in Ondoor Wallet on date **-**-****. Your request to transfer it in original source payment is not possible. Facility of updating amount in Ondoor Wallet was started on the request of our esteemed customers as they were complaining about refunds not received/delayed receipt in their respective bank accounts. Wallet amount CANNOT be redeemed for Cash. Ondoor Wallet balance CANNOT be transferred to Bank, Other Wallets or other User’s accounts. Customer can use them for next shopping online or from any of our stores across the city. Any amount in the Ondoor wallet can only be used to purchase on www.ondoor.com or Ondoor Online Grocery App and not anywhere else.

But there should a choice before you initiate the refund whether a customer wants the amount on wallet or in the original payment source. As of my condition i want it on my bank account so that i can use it wherever I want it's my money and i have the right to use it anywhere it should not be in your control.
