Gati Safe Cargo Movers - Refundable insurance money not yet refunded

I had approached gati safe cargo movers on **th of March **** for transporting my honda activa from Chennai to Bengaluru. I was charged Rs. **** (**** for the freight and the Rs.**** for insurance). I was told they won't transport without insurance and that it will be refunded along with the delivery of the vehicle. I didn't receive any money.
When I approached Praveena ( the person who was dealing with me),
*. First, she told, " we used a different transporter this time, send me your account details I will send you the money right away". So I did.
*. Approached her on day *, she told me that she had just received the money from the transporter and that she will deposit by that evening.
*. Day * I was told an rtgs has been made. I had asked for the transaction no. which I was not provided.
*. When I didn't get the rtgs payment for * days, I was told that the transporter left out of town without approving the rtgs and that I will receive it today (**th of March ****). I have so far not received any money. And neither she picked my calls anymore. Kindly help me get my money back. Also, kindly let the general consumers know, not to ever go to company for transportation.
