Surya boot - Refundable deposit

I have ordered * items aug ** but still this * items not received before few days I will rise a lot of complaint in this website but no one responded now few days some one refund my amount but I can't use anywhere in this amount he will send the amount in my jaldifatfat walat. He will send this type... Now my complaint is this walat money where can I use... Actually it's not fair b people. If you not resolve my complaint I will go to next level. I don't leave it understand. B R people
