Actors Buddy - Refundable amount taken for the shoot but shoot didn t happened

I met actors buddy Mr Anirudh and Ms Karishma model coordinator for a shoot of Ethinic wear so they gave the agreement and took a refundable amount of Rs ***** and said on the day of shoot it will be refunded and shoot date was **st Mar **. But the shoot didn't happened and the date got postponed. I was in touch with Mr Anirudh regarding the shoot. But he keep extending the date till one long year giving excuses everytime. Finally he said he will do the shoot in february ****. But after that he got completely vanished his whatsapp and his number are out of service. His office in lajpat nagar showing closed. I request please get my hard earned money back its my humble request pls and give a strict punishment to these fraudsters.
