IKEA called on *th June that they can't deliver the goods.A refund request was taken on the same day.today **rd June, even after ** working days I haven't received my refund.To my surprise, I was told today that the amount is approved yet from the relevant team.which means that it is taking ** days for some department in IKEA to approve the refund.i have been chasing them from so long.i made a mistake to order stuff from IKEA.i will never choose IKEA .this has been the worst experience.the thirty party who had taken the contract has to come up with way customer centric values and procedures in order to survive in e-commerce in india.
I was told today that they will expedite the approval procedure.Only people working in IKEA knows how many more days do I have wait.my credit card bill is due tomorrow.will IKEA pay the interest and the of the amount my bank is going to charge for non payment of total due amount? I need an answer to that.
