Shuchi Goel filed complaint against Madrassshoppe com on May 4, 2020
I placed an order before the country wide lockdown, I was in an urgent need of the book I placed an order for, I still am, due to lockdown they didn't deliver, i dropped mauls of enquiry but no response to the mails was given, Since they still aren't responding and the lockdown isnt ending, i want to cancel my order and get a refund so that i can buy the book here in some local market. Its the most pathetic thing to not respond to troubled consumers, it violates the first rule of business to be there for the consumer.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
