Deepak Mehta filed complaint against Yatra Consultants Private Limited on Apr 5, 2020
I have booked my reservation from New Delhi to Vancouver and Vancouver to New Delhi but due to corona precautions Canada has seas the border to travel and India air Lind has cancelled all flights to India due to lockdown.I was sending mails on the daily basis to Yatra support as they have mentioned on there website, when ever I have send a mail I get back only auto reply after that there is no response now my dates are crossed but till date no response , I have received mail from Airlines that my tickets are cancelled with full refund kindly contact to agent, but my agent Yatra is not at all responding nor replying or refunding my amount .
