I was tried to order a Cargo pant on ** feb **** of rupees *** and the order number is ********. At that time order is failed and money is also detected from my wallet (Mobikwik). I contact them and they said send us the wallet statement of transaction. I sent mobikwik statement of transaction and they raised ticket. On *th march i was able raised ticket (Ticket no.*******) for refund of money which was detected from mobikiwk.com. They said that within ** days my money will reverted back to my wallet but still i didn't get my money. Then i called them again on * april and they said we will generate the refund and you will get your money within **-** days. its already ** days is over and i didn't get my money. Now i try to contact them and no one pick my call.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
