Leverage Edu - Refund

I paid ₹*,**,*** to Leverage Edu for their “Italy Public Package” for overseas education help. But honestly, they didn’t deliver most of the things they promised. I didn’t get SOP, LOR, CV, university applications, profile evaluation, or proper visa and financial guidance.
A big issue was that they never guided me properly on financial documentation and justification, which is actually very important for the visa process. Instead, they just assumed I already knew everything or had done it myself, without checking or helping.
Whenever I raised concerns, they kind of pushed the responsibility back on me, saying I should already know the process. That felt really unfair because I literally paid them to guide me.
They even gave me wrong information saying family sponsorship funds are “illegal,” which confused me a lot.
Now when I asked for a refund, they’re saying there’s a **-day internal review policy that was never clearly told earlier, and nothing has been resolved yet. Out of the total amount, only ₹**,*** (IELTS fee) was actually used. The rest, ₹*,**,***, hasn’t really been justified with any service.
It’s been really stressful overall, both financially and mentally.
