I was contacted by Prem Motors Gurugram for Insurance renewal. After discussion they send me QR code over WhatsApp for *****/-, I paid the amount instantly and shared the Screen shot. After sometimes executive told me that insurance got rejected. So now I opted another one as suggested by the executive for *****/-. Now it comes to refund of the difference ****/-, she starts asking me to give cancelled cheque/ Passbook/Bank statement. I have hybrid shifts in my company and use to some for *-* days and during shifting I lost my Bank Kit and my bank app is not supporting my OS anymore, I am unable to provide these things. So, I shared my Bank account number and IFSC code on same WhatsApp. Now they are denying that you have to follow the procedure otherwise they will not refund the money.
After * years of being a regular customer of their services, Insurance and bodyshop they saying these things not even care about goodwill of a customer.
This is not the first time I came across other situations like, stealing things from car whether it could be parts or money, making wrong bills adding prices of the things they have not put in the car. Everytime When it comes to complaint and inquiry they admit the mistake and apologise before that they torture the customer.
This is current issue with them that they are not refunding my money.
