I placed an order for a lehenga on **th February, and the expected delivery date mentioned on website was **th February. However, it has now been almost * months, and I have requesting my refund, i complanied in consumer court after that they delivered the lhnga but i refused it as i no longer needed that
I had placed this order well in advance due to a specific function deadline, but unfortunately website Aaaccho has failed to deliver the parcel within the promised timeframe. This kind of delay and lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Given the situation, I am beginning to believe that there may be some fraudulent practices or serious negligence involved, as the delivery commitments mentioned on website are clearly not being honored. Such actions break basic ethical standards of customer service and business conduct.
