On **/*/****, i had prepaid rupees *** for hotel booking through fab hotel online they told me that the booking for * people was ready and i have to do a mandatory payment of rupees *** and rest of the amount to the hotel but the hotel refused us saying that they had already told them no. I had requested for a refund of *** rupees and its */*/**** and still my account has not been refunded. Its written in their policy that the amount would be initiated within ** hours but its been * days now.
