gaana subscription renewal date was **/**/****
i tried stoping auto subscription renewal
but it didnt work
so on **/**/**** one day before subscription renewal date i informed gaana to stop subscription auto renewal and delete my account
but they didnt stop auto renewal and i lost my hard earned money
from **/**/**** onwards i almost daily email them
but they didnt respond
please suggest what to do
