I placed an order on **th July. I have received the order few days back and I paid ₹*** in cash. Their website claims that they have return option. This is why I made an order at first. The item is of low quality and the material is very cheap. I emailed them for the return and next steps. They are not responding. They don't even have a contact number. It is just an email where they don't even reply. This seems like a scam to me. I have searched about this and many people experienced the same thing like I did.

I want to take an action on this. Return this item and get my refund. Their business should not be there to be honest. They are definitely scammers.
