Fashion Zoom - Refund

I registered for a fashion show scheduled on November **, ****. However, due to my new job, I was forced to cancel my participation. As per the organizer's policy, I was guaranteed a full refund if I cancelled at least a month in advance. I cancelled in September and was assured of a refund.
Despite numerous follow-up calls, I was consistently told that the refund would be processed. Initially, I was informed that refunds would only be issued after the show. When the event date was postponed to December, I called again in January to inquire about my refund. I was told that it was under processing and would take another week.
However, after repeated calls, I continued to receive the same response. Frustrated with the lack of progress, I informed the organizers that I would file a police complaint. Unfortunately, they remain unresponsive.
