Dr lal path lab - Refund

Hello !
I do not wish to mention the amount as its human nature to judge when its small amount ..so here is the deal that whatever amouny is that, the complaint is about the call center, the person who collected the Blood Sample and beacuse of a small , very small cutting in the prescription, he wasted a Blood sample collected for *-** blood tests amd thereafter No reports ( as I said blood sample was not sent for reports) and wasted the day, engery and my efforts of visiting and getting prescription from the doctor, so all in all yhe amount becomes more in this way
I had to agin took the pain of taking another appointment, get the prescription, again made am appointment for sample collection ..but my previous amount was not getting refunded, where I have been following up with call center and there senior also for the same , and I trusted and waited for more tjan ** days .
Then again when i followed up a new complaint Ticket was raised on **rd ( on **th day) they promised I get a call back..till eod no call
On **th again , i called and same thing , till Eod no call came.
On **th again I called and same way of dealing by them, same replies, same unprofessional behaviour, same Unsure commitment and Nobody is starightaway sayin that my amount will be refunded.
It seems they are testing my patience, and now i am putting this comolaint about their unprofessionalism, lousy and casual way of dealing in such scenario
Weather amount is whatever, but everyday my efforts are going ...
