Caratlane - Refund
Bhawna hemani filed complaint against Caratlane on Jun 10, 2024
They have sent my refund to egold.but I what it to be refund to my orignal payment account.but there are saying that we will refund it as egold that is the default for refund..The amount Rs** which is today price is **.**. iam asking them to refund it to my original payment account.the other reason for filling the case is that they have a policy where we can sale egold if it value is Rs*** or above .
