H M - Refund

Hi,
I have been contacting h&m regarding my refund. I received a product which was not as shown in the website/app, so I returned the item which was a fur teddy jacket. With the jacket there was a satin trouser I returned together. I received the refund for the satin trouser but not for the jacket and it has been * months now. They are denying my refund stating that the warehouse has packed the correct items. I then requested them if the refund is not possible, send me the product then to which they did nothing and has been making excuses. I was promised a call back on * December ****, which was not fulfilled. I was promised another call on *th jan ****, no calls received from h&m. I was promised another call today but still no calls received.
Please help me with the right process and get justice. My hard earned money means nothing to the multi dollar company, but it means a lot to me.
