I have cancelled my booking after waiting for bike delivery for almost ** months . Booking was cancelled on March **th, still refund is not initiated. As per there policy refund must be credited back to us in *-** working days . Even after months refund is not done . Coustomer care team has been trained to speak same thing and we get same answer each time . They don't follow any rules and regulations as per their own policy .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
