Sarguja university website - Refund

I was applying online for my migration certificate and i have done payment * times (*** rupees each) and *** rupees has been debited from my account but still my application status is showing unpaid this is the website link https://www.sggcg.in/public/registratin/applications#migration and i want my money refund because now i will go to common service centre for applying new application
