Hi, I have booked tickets on */*/**** from amritsar to new delhi for **:**pm at *:**pm from ixigo my account and i got booking confirmation after **mins with waiting list of all seats. Money got deducted straightway from account at *:**pm and got confirmed only * ticket at **:**am when train already got departured. So, we lost the train. I wanted full refund. Thanks
