Emaester - Refund

I was interested in doing a course with Emaester,they called explained that i can make downpayment and pay the rest after completing,after i paid downpayment they wanted me to pay full amount immediately which was not agreed first,i changed my mind asked for a refund,now they dont want to refund,even ignoring me,to my suprise i see an email that i been enrolled…even after asking for a refund,i think the email is just a plan to not give my money back
