Im Dinesh.R,I applied for a internship from SmartKnower on (**/**/**).The representative have not informed me properly about the company and I came to know the company name after I paid the booking fees.So I decided to withdraw my name and fees from the program. I talked with the salesperson and send the organisation an email for a refund, which was declined due to the company's non refund policy, which I was unaware of nor informed about earlier.
