I Have Ordered Cushion Cover On **th May ****. During My Payment Process From Google Pay And Phone Pe It Failed So I Did Payment Through Internet Banking. I Received The Product On **th May, Due To Size Issue I Requested Return On Same Day. My Refund Process Was Initiated On **th May And It Stated That My Refund Will Be Done In *-** Working Days. After That I Have Not Received My Amount Back So I Contacted Through Your Help Centre And They Asked To Send Bank Statement. I Shard The Same Immediately . Again After Five Days They Requested Statement So I Resent The Statement From The Day Of Order. Till **st May. Today Its **th June Already More Than * Month I Have Not Received My Refund. My Complaint No. Is ********. Everytime I Contact Help Centre They Apologize And Send Me Email That Our Back Hand Team Is Working On It And You Will Receive Your Refund. Also I Asked Executive To Transfer My Call To Upper Management Team , But They Refused For The Same.... I Request To Solve My Query Asap.
