FLIPCART LTD - Refund

Order ID - OD****************** same item * quantity. I have ordered on **rd May **** and received it on **th May ****.

The product received was of quality hence I have raised the return request on **th May **** and pickup was not done on time and my return request was cancelled stating return policy ended on *nd June ****.
It was not my fault if the pick was not done on time. I request you to arrange the product pickup and refund my money of amount ***/- rupees as soon as possible. Pathetic service and customer care. They don't resolve issues at all and give all fake commitment.

Refund still pending of my order - OD******************. I have placed order for Arcane Big Size ****ml Maroon Color Dori Handy Manual quick Onion Chopper for Kitchen Vegetable and Fruit Chopper (Pack of *) with order ID OD****************** on **th May **** and I received the delivery of the said order ID on **th May ****, but I was so unfortunate when I opened the parcel to my shock it was not chopper instead I have received old mens watch.I have complained thrice and all the time my complaint was closed and resolved and till date I
have not received my refund.I want my refund ASAP of ***/- rupees. My all required bank details are updated on application.
