Major Brands (INDIA) Private Limited - refund

I ordered a product from website for my father and it got delivered to me on *nd Apr. But the product received was totally different. I immediately contacted them and told them that I received a wrong product.

After two weeks, I received a call from support that they are still recovering the CC TV footage from the logistic team.

When today I called them they told me that they sent the correct product as they have got the CCTV footage and they will be mailing the footage as well. I asked them to provide the footage from warehouse till they delivered at my home.

However, when I called them again, their support team told me that the investigation is still going on. That looks totally wrong and false statement.

Please help me.
