I came in contact with on of the byjus consultant, he explained the policy and asked for *k downpayment and rest on EMI but at the early stage he said that amount will be refunded easily.Now I want the refund then he is saying that firstly complete the loan process then we will deliver the material then only we can refund otherwise it is not possible earlier he did not make everything clear now after receiving the money he is asking for further steps for refund.
