Respected Sir/Madam,

*. I am putting forward few lines for our perusal and favorable action.

*. On ** Oct **, I have purchased a laptop of amount Rs **,*** on my SBI debit card with EMI of amount Rs *****.** for Six months (Copy of Bill Annexed).

*. I am in shocked and in mental stress when I came to know that Bank is debited an amount of Rs *****/- as EMI for * months without my consent. I felt cheated, necessary action may be initiated against SBI such act of misdeeds. No one is listening on Bank side, due to which I am under stress and mental agony, I became victim of cyber fraud and lose an amount of Rs *****, on **/**/****(date). In this respect complaint was given to branch. An action deemed fit may be initiated so that no other person became victim.
