My name is Navya i often Use ola for some emergency. I used ola for * rides.
*. RIDE FROM SRINIVASAPURA TO EMBASSY GOLF LINKS. Amount of Rs ***/-
*. Ganakkal village to Srinivasapura Rs **/-
*. Ganakkal village to R R Nagar Metro station: Rs ***/-
I made all payments to driver directly through phonepay but again from ola app its showing that payment is pending . and i spoke to customer support and sent several mails to support team they said due to system error we could not clear your dues please pay once again we will refund the amount they said . and i made payment of Rs. *** again. And now they have blocked my OLA ID And none of them are responding . plz help me in this issues
