I paid my airtel bill through this app after paying I realised I had inserted wrong number when I enquired about it I found out that is not airtel number and that number is not in use by anyone. I wrote about it to mobikwik but they are only saying one thing check number before paying the transaction is successful we can't refund. How can transaction get success when the number is not of airtel it should fail. Mobikwik is not refunding my money. I use app regularly for payment of all my bills. Please help regardingly
