Modern Designer - Refund

I ordered two dress and paid online in the first week of August...after so many msgs calls I got one dress after **-** days...then I asked for another they used to say that you will get within week and making me fool and the whole September crossed but didn't get the dress..then I asked for refund the admin use to say that after two week n bla bla and so on ...and now the person saying the payment is pending he has server issue..I asked for the screenshot he is not responding.... hundreds of MSG's I texted to both the admin and many calls but rarely they respond...and in case he picked the call he used to say ho jayega...but abhi tak refund hua nahi
