Rakesh Kumar Jain filed complaint against UBERUber cabs on Oct 3, 2021

I booked the uber auto on **/*/****and made the cash payment as asked by the driver since unable to make the payment due to system error. Later on it was deducted from my amazone account also. The matter was immediately reported through uber app. Initially they have reluctant to refund by treating excess payment instead of double payment and after * hours it was informed that the system shows the payment pending.It was immediately replied that the amount has already been deducted from my account. Thereafter neither I got refund nor getting any reply.
