Travolook in - Refund

I had booked a ticket via Travolook on **th May **** which was immediately got cancelled after payment with reference no REF*********. When I contacted support team about it they asked me to wait for ** working days in order to get my refund. Since then i have called them *-* times and every time they ask me to wait for next ** working days. Now they are forcing me to take my money into their wallet if i want to get it back.
Now they are not receiving my call as well.
