Country holiday suits inn - Refund

On **th DECEMBER ****,o received a call from chis that there is a lucky voucher for u,me and my wife agreed to receive the voucher on ** December **** and reach their at *p.m.,SCHEDULED TIME.
When we reached their ,MRS.TANISHQ attended us as representative she explained each and everything to us and then MR. MISHRA (MANAGER) TOLD US ABOUT THEIR PLAN COST...we wanted some time to think whether we should take membership or not...Mr.mishra said u hav to take it now...i asked him in my credit card not much limit left....he said let me check...and while checking he deducted *,**,*** from my credit card...i just gave my credit card to check the available limit but he deducted the amount then i paid remaining **,*** also
Once i reached home and let my family members and friends knew about this plan ,they asked me just to check the reviews...I didn’t like reviews and then I called to their representative tanishq...i got surprised when she also said sir its better that u claim ur refund...as i told her that i m taking this membership on your feedback and i hope u gave us an honest feedback...
But when she himself said that take ur refund back then i was clear in my mind that they are not as good as they are showing themselves
So I mailed them for refund and i called to their manager mr. mishra as well he refused to talk to me ,not picked my call

I havnt taken their any services as yet


So I request u to kindly help me to redeem my membership fee rs*,**,***
