flight was cancelled due to operational reason.
When contacted goair it was confirmed by them that cancellation amount credited to happy easygo on **.**.****.
Several request mail to happy easy go for the refund. Seems they are not interested in returning the received amount to us.
Forwarded mail from goair to happyeasygo that amount returned to happyeasygo on **.**.****.
Still awaiting for the refund.
