Ordered a saree from sari bhandar, in which the quality said was linen, received my product but the quality was pathetic and wasn’t linen. Initiated the return process in which their website says that returns accepted within * days. The package has reached them but the number provided by them is not reachable nor do they reply on whatsapp. Tried messaging several times but no reply as of now.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
