One of my orders (order id :- **************)were to delivered yesterday. My husband gifted me the same products so I went to cancel it. But wasn't able to cancel as the products was already shipped. I called customer service and the girl said she is cancelling from her side and if the delivery boy comes don't accept the product. When the delivery boy came I told him that I cancelled the order he said ok and told me to sign. I signed thinking it's the proof that he came. After that I see the product status changed to delivered. I called customer service they said they raised the issue. Till now I haven't got any email. I want my amount back. It was prepaid. Help as soon as possible . THE DELIVERY GUY SCAMMED ME TOTALLY HE MADE ME SIGN. THE APP IS NOT GIVING ME REFUND. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP. THE GIRL NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT SIGNING SHE JUST SAID DONT TAKE THE PRODUCT. THE DELIVERY SERVICE WAS FROM UDAAN EXPRESS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM PURPLLE.
